You have used your 50 checks for today. The limit resets at 00:00 UTC. =VERIFYEMAIL("help") or =VERIFY.USAGE() shows what is left.

Cell shows #OFFLINE

Excel could not reach the service. Check your internet connection and recalculate with Ctrl+Alt+F9.

Cell shows #NAME?

Excel has not loaded the add-in. Close Excel completely and open it again. If it persists, run the installer again.

Cell shows #TIMEOUT

The check took longer than expected. Recalculate the cell with F2 then Enter.

I need a different limit

Every install has its own ID. Type =VERIFYEMAIL("myid") in a cell (=VERIFY.EMAIL("myid") on Mac and the web) and send the result with your request.
